Pink basket

I've had this basket for years and never really did something with it. It stood in the basement for quite some time. So I gave it a new life and sprayed it pink with a Montana spray can. It looks so much better now. The plan is to use it when selling my DIY stuff on a market. So I can present some pouches in it.

The pouches look irresistible in the basket ;-)

Football cup

My boyfriend won this cup for a fifth place at a football tournament when he was 15 (awww, cute ☺💛💙💚). Because the cup itself wasn't that good looking, he gave me the green light to pimp it a little bit. So I took my Montana spray cans and made it into an art piece :-p

Arcopal salad bowl

This weekend I went to a flea market. I love wandering around at flea markets! Sooo much stuff for little prices. And guess what, I found an old Arcopal bowl! I already have some teacups, little plates and soup plates from that brand. And now I can add a salad bowl, check it out:

Kitties

I made a whole bunch a kitties to pet :-) You can get them via my Etsy-shop. Miauw!

 

 

Old before and afters

I just LOVE 'before and afters'! In the past I have done a few, pictures aren't that good unfortunately... and here's the result:

 

Painted a flower pot for my mother in law, she really liked it, she put a plant in it right away :-) Got the idea yet again from makeit-loveit.com. 

Bought a white purse with the intention of pimping it. When I was going through all of my fabrics, I took the one with the most colors and ta-dah! 

Here I took one of my plain coasters and painted it. Nothing special, but it looks more fun now. Still have to paint the other ones.

Took a big pot, painted it white first because washi tape is a little see trough. When the paint is dry you can stick on the washi tape. The yellow-blue one was my first. I made some more:

And my last old 'before and after' are some clothes hangers that I pimped with washi tape and markers. They were a present for my sister in law. They've been repinned a lot of times on my Pinterest :-)

Banana bread

Summer in Belgium = only a few days of sunshine, the rest is cloudy, rainy and weird :'-(

Today is a rainy day, so no crafting outside and I decided to bake a cake instead.

I had 2 bananas in the fridge and no eggs. I've been seeing a lot of vegan cakes on the internet lately so I looked up a recipe and stumbled upon a recipe for banana bread.
And wauw!

It's SUPER yummy! I couldn't wait to taste it when it got out of the oven so I ate it when it was still warm...Yummmm!! See for yourself :-)

It was so good I posted it on Instagram as well (used a little filter there :-p)
