So here we go: roll open the puff pastry and cut it in triangles. Put some pieces of chocolate on top and roll up the triangles. Cover the croissants with egg yolk and put them in the oven for about 25 minutes on 190 °C. It's that simple.

They were really yummy, just a little dry. So next time i'll smear some butter on the pastry before rolling it up. :-)
