Chocolate croissants

Last time I went to the grocery store I bought puff pastry because I come across a lot of recipes using it, especially on Facebook pages like Tasty, Tasty Vegetarian or Bosh. Having bought the puff pastry, I decided to try out this one, and I gotta say: it was super easy. 

So here we go: roll open the puff pastry and cut it in triangles. Put some pieces of chocolate on top and roll up the triangles. Cover the croissants with egg yolk and put them in the oven for about 25 minutes on 190 °C. It's that simple.

They were really yummy, just a little dry. So next time i'll smear some butter on the pastry before rolling it up. :-)
